ROOM PRICING
We've seen the price on other TTRPG destination Vacation tickets which don't include lodging or unlimited food and drink. We knew that we could give MORE and charge LESS for our community. This price is competitive with other premium TTRPG events found elsewhere, but all of your room, food, and transport to each EXOTIC DESTINATION once on board is covered! Unlike some of the other TTRPG vacations out there!
At Cruise Planners/All Out Vacations we have multiple ways you can pay for your cruise, and other travel arrangements:
Paying the amount in full all at once is an option! But for those of us who would rather space out the payments, there are two other options:
When you book you can specify that you want to place a deposit of 10% per person (double occupancy) on your credit card, and then you have till the final payment date (120 days prior to sailing) to pay off the remaining balance. You can make direct arrangements with us to periodically make payments of certain amounts on certain dates if desired. Any remaining balance will need to be paid in full by the final payment date.
YES we offer financing where you can pay for your trip over time. You can choose to pay over 12, 18, or 24 months in equal payments with your good credit. The process is easy, simple and fast. All you would need to do is select your cabin online, contact Don at Cruise Planners/All Out Vacations at 760-459-2321 x 700 and let him know you would like to finance it using Uplift Travel Financing. A text will be all you need to get set up and your credit will NOT BE run until you accept the final financing. Uplift travel will charge your debit card for only the FIRST low payment and your cruise is immediately PAID IN FULL.
You can include additional charges into the financing as well such as travel protection, and any optional onboard services of your choice, and you don't have to worry about final payment dates and the other deadlines for payments. It really is that simple.
Disclaimer: At Final Payment your card will have 2 charges associated with the final payment. One will be from Amadeus Cruise lines, and the other from Cruise Planners/Go Sea Travel. Cruise Planners/Go Sea Travel and All Out Vacations reserves the right to cancel the event at anytime and ALL payments will be credited back to the original form of payment. No insurance payments will be refunded at any time.
This is a hosted group and is subject to a minimum amount of cabin sales for this event to progress. All events are STRICTLY private to guests that have booked through Cruise Planners/Go Sea Travel and All Out Vacations guests and no additional tickets will be sold. Pricing, and events and other information may change without notice. Pricing may change without notice and we reserve the right to correct any errors and omissions.
